Andrew Garrett is a Texas native and has spent the majority of his life residing in Ellis County. With over 18 years of licensure with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), he has become an accomplished real estate professional and serves as the Broker and Owner of Hi View Real Estate (HVRE). Demonstrating a comprehensive range of expertise, he has successfully handled diverse transactions, including residential, commercial/industrial/multi-family projects, land entitlement and development, foreclosures, historic renovations, farm/acreage/ranch transactions, leasing, property management, and new construction. His extensive sales portfolio spans from multi-acre operating ranches and estates to commercial properties, shopping centers, office buildings, and various projects across North Texas.

In January 2015, he and his wife, Kati, acquired HVRE, a firm established in 1971. Under their leadership, HVRE has seen year-over-year growth and has transacted over $500 million in total sales volume since 2015, encompassing over 20,000 acres, 800 homes, and 250 commercial properties. Beyond sales achievements, Andrew has focused on strategic team expansion, implementing robust agent development programs including new software integration, one-on-one instruction, in-office mentorship, and hands-on sales experience to foster top talent within the firm. Beyond his professional life, Andrew's world revolves around his family, which includes his beautiful wife, Kati, and their three children, Graci, Paxton, and Jaxon. He is also passionate about giving back to his community through his local church and combines his love of sports with his family life by coaching local youth teams.
