BIOGRAPHY

Randy studied Business & Marketing at the University of North Texas. He has been an Ellis County resident for over 25 Years. Randy decided to become a Real Estate Agent over 12 years ago, after participating in the fast-paced world of “Corporate Revitalization” for over 30 years. He drew from his corporate experience, his most valuable strength, “Negotiating” by representing both Residential & Commercial markets. Now he has simply changed hats. Randy brings more than his business negotiation experience to the Real Estate table. His inner fabric is weaved of integrity, high energy, hard work ethics & detailed creative service. From the start, Randy‘s committed goals have been to find the “Right Buyers” for his Seller’s properties, whether land, residential or commercial… Or, vice versa, find the perfect property for his Buyer’s for all the “Right” reasons… Ironically, these are the reasons why, he teamed up with Hi View Real Estate over 10 years ago. Hi View is a premier real estate company in Ellis County which has been satisfying customers since 1972. Hi View has been assisting customers in Ellis County with top ranking sales while simultaneously receiving referrals because of the integrity of Hi View and its agents In his personal time, Randy loves to breathe fresh, Evergreen air and “walk” any “running” river … “I love to tie my own flies, while attempting to control a passion for Kayaking pristine rivers & fly fishing for trout.” Then again, this is why Randy loves his occupation. Randy is always prepared when he gets a call from a Buyer or Seller saying, “Well… there’s about so many acres, a whole lotta trees, a pond fulla bass & a windin’ creek at the back end of my property”, next thing you know… Randy is grabbing his “Hi View” cap & headed out the door to meet & make another satisfied Hi View Real Estate client! Go ahead, give Randy a call, he’d love to help you Sell or Buy the “Right” property for all the “Right” reasons…
